About the event
This 8 week course aims at having fun while creating solid foundations in AcroYoga through asana, group games, strength conditioning, partner stretching, counterbalances, inversions and thai massage elements.
This course will cater for all sizes, ages, and background.
You don't need to come with a partner, we all mingle and jam together! We will learn communication skills and spice up our social life, creating a beautiful supportive acro community.
Each week we will build on previous class, everyone progress at their own pace and you will have a map on how to safely and progressively improve your skills and strength.
Each class will start off with warming up the body, through games, stretches and partner yoga. Followed by building your acro experience and ending off the session with relaxing thai yoga massage.
Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket, there may be some spares, but it is nice to have your own.
Starting Thursday 14th of Feb 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
for 8 weeks till the 4th of April.
$120 for 8 classes
