Soul Mumma Retreat
A sacred place and a time for mums in need of rest, we create a supportive environment for the nurturer to be nurtured and connect to their true essence as creative powerful being.
We use yoga to align body mind and soul, we connect with nature, feel strong with nourishing food and being cared for by a loving team of yogic mums and body work specialists. We invite and ignite the childlike nature within you through the playfulness of Acroyoga.
This retreat is an opportunity to pause, breathe, release what no longer serves and tap into the inner power and wisdom within, a sacred space to re-awaken dreams and visions. Reset a new rhythm which is caring for you, learn tools and techniques to take in your daily life.
Meet likeminded women and be inspired by a retreat which is fun, relaxing, nourishing and empowering.
As mothers we cannot fill our families cup up when ours in only half full.
At the end of the day kids don't want a perfect mum they want a happy mum.
Child carers can be provided while mummas have “me Time” with yoga classes, receive massages, treatment, coaching.
Example of daily schedule:
- 7am guided meditation
-7.30 Yoga class (vinyasa)
- 9am Breakfast
- massages/treatment/coaching/workshops
- 12pm Lunch
- afternoon free for journaling, sleeps, read a book, walks on the beach, take optional activities.
- 5pm Yin yoga
- 6.30pm Dinner
Evening events will include:
sacred women circle, ecstatic dance, Yoga nidra, massage swaps ect.
