About the event

Through meditation tools and techniques, breathwork, and specific body positions and exercises, we’ll explore ways to nurture inner calm, stability, and resilience.

 Thanks to the support of the Lottery Grants Board, the class is open to everyone, with subsidized spaces for those on low income. Come as you are.
